Customer Service - "The People Business"
This four-hour workshop will provide participants with the tools to become effective providers of exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Participants will explore what great customer service means in a senior community setting and what truly going the extra mile entails. Participants will learn about their own effectiveness as communicators and how to encourage and support effective communication and customer service in their community. Participants will also explore how to effectively deal with angry customers and difficult situations where an employee may have to say no to a resident or family member. Participants will leave the workshop with the necessary tools to help diffuse heated situations, whether they are with employees or residents.
Cost: $39.00 per person.
