Effective Written Communication
This informative two-hour workshop will help participants avoid the most common grammatical errors and improve their writing skills. Every time an individual sends a memo or e-mail to someone, his or her writing skills are being evaluated. This workshop will help participants to leave a positive impression as they communicate in writing to their co-workers and business associates.
Conflict Management
This two-hour workshop is designed to help participants understand and deal more effectively with conflict situations. Participants will discuss and practice using conflict management strategies and techniques. Learning to diffuse anger and approach conflict from a perspective of win-win is the goal of this workshop. Participants will use real-life conflict situations as the basis for practicing effective strategies.
Cost: $39.00 per person.
