2010 - 2011 Leadership Academy
The Leadership Academy engages participants in a coordinated and multifaceted curriculum over twelve months that includes:
• In-person collaborative learning experiences;
• Mentorship support through coaching teams;
• Individual action learning projects;
• Self-exploration through assigned readings and exercises; and
• Group discussion forums.
